Key Responsibilities: Manage the full cycle of accounting operations for SHYAM INFRA, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, payroll, and cost accounting, ensuring accuracy and timely financial reporting within our industrial operations framework. Prepare and analyze financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis specifically tailored to our manufacturing environment, providing insights into product profitability and operational efficiencies. Oversee inventory valuation and reconciliation, ensuring accurate costing for products and raw materials, crucial for SHYAM INFRA's diverse product expertise in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Support the budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with operational teams to align financial plans with business objectives for our growing 11-20 employee company. Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards (IND AS), taxation laws (GST, TDS), and all statutory requirements applicable to our operations in India. Assist in internal and external audits, preparing necessary documentation and explanations to ensure a smooth audit process for the Finance & Accounts department. Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies, contributing to the financial integrity and sustainable growth of SHYAM INFRA. Essential Requirements: Minimum 3 years and maximum 5 years of experience required. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional qualifications like CA, CMA, or MBA (Finance) preferred. Proven experience as a Senior Accountant, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment, demonstrating understanding of product-centric accounting challenges. Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally ERP and advanced MS Excel skills are essential for managing SHYAM INFRA's financial data. Strong knowledge of Indian taxation laws (GST, TDS) and accounting principles (IND AS), with practical application experience. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, capable of working effectively within a small, dynamic team (11-20 employees) in Ahmedabad. Ability to adapt to the specific financial landscape and operational demands of an emerging company like SHYAM INFRA.
