Key Responsibilities: Manage daily accounting operations for ACCUSPECTRA ANALYTICAL LAB PRIVATE LIMITED, ensuring accuracy and compliance within our pharmaceutical manufacturing and testing environment in Ahmedabad. Process and reconcile accounts payable and receivable, including vendor invoices, customer payments, and employee expense reports, crucial for our industrial operations. Perform bank reconciliations and maintain general ledger accuracy using Tally ERP 9/Prime, critical for financial health in a company of our size (21-50 employees). Assist in the preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and TDS compliance, adhering to Indian tax regulations relevant to the pharmaceutical sector. Support inventory accounting, specifically tracking raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods, demonstrating product expertise in a manufacturing setup. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities and facilitate smooth external audits for our growing pharmaceutical lab. Maintain accurate financial records and documentation, contributing to the efficient financial management of a specialized analytical laboratory. Essential Requirements: Minimum 1 years and maximum 3 years of experience required. Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent from a recognized institution. Proficiency in Tally ERP 9/Prime and advanced MS Excel for financial reporting and data analysis, essential for our operations in Ahmedabad. Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and other relevant statutory compliances within the Indian pharmaceutical industry context. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a manufacturing or industrial environment, understanding the specific financial flows related to pharmaceutical product development and testing. Excellent attention to detail, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, vital for maintaining accurate financial records at ACCUSPECTRA ANALYTICAL LAB PRIVATE LIMITED.
