Key Responsibilities: Manage the main reception for Bhoomi Agro Hitech PVt LTd in Khirasara, Rajkot, Gujarat, creating a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and callers in our manufacturing facility. Efficiently handle all incoming/outgoing calls and correspondence, directing inquiries related to our agricultural machinery products, engineering, and manufacturing operations. Greet and assist diverse visitors, including clients, suppliers, and technical staff, ensuring adherence to security protocols within our industrial environment. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Admin department, assisting with scheduling, correspondence, and office supplies for our 251-500 employee company. Coordinate courier services and mail distribution, processing documents crucial for manufacturing and product operations. Maintain the reception area's organization and cleanliness, upholding the high standards of an engineering-focused agricultural machinery manufacturer. Essential Requirements: Minimum 1 years and maximum 3 years of experience required in a front-office or administrative role, preferably within an industrial, manufacturing, or engineering environment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English & Gujarati) for effective stakeholder interaction across Bhoomi Agro Hitech PVt LTd. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant administrative tools for efficient front desk management. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced agricultural machinery company. Professional, proactive demeanor, positively representing Bhoomi Agro Hitech PVt LTd to external partners in Khirasara. Willingness to quickly grasp technical aspects of agricultural machinery and general engineering industries. Reliable commute to our Khirasara, Rajkot, Gujarat facility.

Design and develop agricultural machinery components, assemblies, and systems using SolidWorks . Prepare 3D models, 2D manufacturing drawings, GD&T, and BOMs as per design standards. Conduct design calculations, feasibility studies, and material selection for new product development. Coordinate with manufacturing, production, quality, and purchase teams to ensure design feasibility and cost optimization. Support prototype development, trials, testing, and validation activities. Implement design improvements, value engineering, and cost reduction initiatives. Ensure designs comply with industry standards, safety norms, and company guidelines . Handle design changes, ECNs, and documentation control . Analyze field feedback, failure analysis, and corrective design actions . Maintain proper documentation for R&D records, drawings, and revision history . Support vendor development for new components and tooling if required. Software & Technical Skills Required SolidWorks (Mandatory) – Part, Assembly, Sheet Metal, Weldments, Drawing AutoCAD (basic knowledge preferred) Understanding of manufacturing processes : machining, casting, forging, sheet metal, fabrication Knowledge of materials (MS, alloy steel, CI, aluminum, etc.) Basic knowledge of DFMEA / PFMEA (preferred) Experience in agricultural machinery / tractor implements will be an added advantage
