Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough inspections of casting and foundry products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Utilize technical expertise in pumps, motors, valves, and filtration systems to assess product integrity and performance. Collaborate with engineering teams to identify quality issues and implement corrective actions in the manufacturing process. Document inspection results and prepare detailed reports for management to facilitate continuous improvement. Support the Quality department in maintaining ISO standards and ensuring adherence to industry regulations. Train and guide production staff on quality assurance practices and the importance of quality control in industrial operations. Essential Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience required. Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools relevant to the casting and foundry industry. Proficient in using inspection equipment and techniques to assess the quality of industrial machinery and engineering components. Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions regarding product quality.
