Key Responsibilities: Operate, program, and maintain a range of CNC machinery, including VMC, HMC, and 5-axis machines, to produce high-precision and sheet metal components for Aquascape Engineers Pvt Ltd. in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Set up machines, select appropriate tooling, load raw materials, and execute G-code/M-code programs, ensuring optimal machining processes for diverse engineering projects. Perform meticulous in-process and final quality inspections using precision measuring instruments, guaranteeing that all manufactured components meet stringent specifications for the Metal and Engineering industries, including intricate die & moulds. Interpret detailed technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to ensure accurate production, contributing to the specialized output of our 21-50 employee Production department. Conduct routine preventive maintenance, troubleshoot operational issues, and collaborate with the engineering team to optimize machine performance and minimize downtime, crucial for efficient industrial operations. Uphold strict adherence to safety protocols, maintain a clean and organized manufacturing environment, and actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives within our dynamic setup. Essential Requirements: Minimum 1 years and maximum 3 years of experience required. Demonstrated hands-on expertise in operating and setting up CNC, VMC, HMC, and a conceptual understanding of 5-axis machines, vital for producing precision components at Aquascape Engineers. Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and G-code/M-code programs for the accurate fabrication of precision & sheet metal components and complex die & moulds. Solid understanding of various metal properties and machining techniques relevant to the Metal and Engineering industries, coupled with experience in using inspection tools. Ability to perform basic troubleshooting, routine maintenance, and make necessary adjustments to CNC machinery to ensure consistent output in a demanding production environment in Ahmedabad.
