Account Assistant – JD, KPI & SOP 1. Job Description (JD) • રોજિંદા તમામ financial transactions ની entry કરવી. • Purchase, Sales, Payments, Receipts, Expenses નું record maintain કરવું. • Accounts Payable અને Receivable track કરવું. • Bank Reconciliation કરવું. • Supporting documents જેવા કે invoice, voucher, bills file અને maintain કરવું. • Monthly closing અને reports તૈયાર કરવામાં Senior Accountant ને મદદ કરવી. • GST, TDS જેવા basic compliance માટે જરૂરી documentation support કરવું. • Petty cash handling અને expense verification. • Audit સંબંધિત documents તૈયાર રાખવા અને support કરવું. 2. Key Performance Indicators (KPI) • Data entry accuracy (98%+ error free entries). • Bank reconciliation time (Monthly 100% completion). • Payment & Receipt entries same-day posting. • Vendor reconciliation accuracy (Monthly mismatch < 2%). • Expense verification turnaround time (< 24 hours). • Filing & documentation completeness (100%). • Audit document readiness (No missing documents). 3. SOP – Account Assistant 1. રોજ સવારે previous dayના purchase, sales, expense vouchers collect કરવા. 2. બધા vouchers verify કરી ERP / Tally માં same day entry કરવી. 3. Bank statement download કરી daily reconciliation કરવું. 4. Vendor payment schedule મુજબ pending bills update રાખવા. 5. Customer outstanding list maintain કરી follow-up માટે accountant ને support આપવું. 6. Month-end closing પહેલાં ledger check & mismatch resolve કરવું. 7. All invoices, receipts, debit/credit notes proper file માં arrange કરવું. 8. Audit સમય documents checklist મુજબ તૈયાર રાખવા. 9. Management reporting માટે જરૂરી data time પર મોકલવું.
