Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily production operations for Ocean Designograph Pvt Ltd, ensuring seamless workflow and efficiency in our Ahmedabad facility, a mid-sized packaging company. Lead and motivate a team of production personnel, fostering a positive and productive manufacturing environment Implement and monitor production schedules, ensuring timely completion of orders while maintaining high-quality standards specific to the packaging industry. Conduct regular quality checks and implement corrective actions for any deviations, upholding Ocean Designograph's commitment to excellence Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks and technical issues related to packaging machinery and processes, optimizing production flow. Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations, promoting a safe working culture across our production floor Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, analyzing production data to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality across our diverse range of packaging solutions. Essential Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience required. Demonstrable experience in a supervisory role within the printing industry, with a strong understanding of industrial operations. Technical expertise in processes and materials related to printing process is essential. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a production team effectively in a fast-paced environment. Solid understanding of quality management systems and safety standards pertinent to packaging production. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize production Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating across departments in our Ahmedabad location.
