Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage daily production operations at JK Industries' Bakrol Bujrang facility, specializing in the manufacture of high-quality ferrous castings. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of production personnel within our compact (21-50 employees) yet advanced manufacturing environment, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards. Implement and optimize production schedules for Sand & Shell Molding processes, ensuring efficient resource utilization and on-time delivery of finished products for the Casting & Foundry industry. Apply strong engineering principles to continuously improve production methods, reduce waste, and enhance productivity in line with company objectives. Conduct regular quality checks and troubleshoot operational issues, identifying root causes of defects in ferrous castings and implementing corrective actions. Maintain comprehensive production records, prepare performance reports, and contribute to strategic planning within the Production department. Essential Requirements: Minimum 2 years and maximum 5 years of experience required. Demonstrated experience as a Production Supervisor or a similar supervisory role within the Casting & Foundry industry, with a proven track record in manufacturing environments. Solid technical expertise in ferrous castings production and practical experience with Sand & Shell Molding techniques. A Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related technical field relevant to industrial operations. Exceptional leadership and team management skills, capable of fostering a productive and safe working culture at our Bakrol Bujrang site, Gujarat, India. Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for process optimization within a dynamic production setting. Familiarity with industry-specific quality control systems and safety regulations applicable to manufacturing in Gujarat.
