Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor Extrusion Machinery within P M INDUSTRIES' manufacturing facility in Bakrol Bujrang, Gujarat, ensuring efficient production of engineering components. Set up and adjust machine parameters according to production specifications and engineering drawings, demonstrating technical expertise crucial for our specialized operations in the engineering industry. Perform routine quality checks on finished products, identifying and rectifying deviations to uphold the high standards expected in a precise manufacturing environment. Execute minor maintenance tasks and troubleshoot operational issues on Extrusion Machinery to minimize downtime and support a continuous production flow. Adhere strictly to safety regulations and operational procedures in a demanding industrial environment, promoting a safe working culture within our small, dedicated team. Maintain accurate production records, including material usage and output, contributing to inventory management and operational transparency for P M INDUSTRIES. Collaborate effectively with the production team to meet daily targets and support overall plant efficiency at our Bakrol Bujrang site in Gujarat, India.
