Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage daily production operations at Axion Meditech's Ahmedabad facility, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to schedules for high-precision components used in various applications. Supervise, motivate, and provide comprehensive technical guidance to a dedicated team of operators and technicians, fostering a collaborative and productive manufacturing environment aligned with our small company's agile nature. Oversee the accurate setup, efficient operation, and proactive maintenance of advanced machinery, including CNC, VMC, HMC, and 5-Axis machines, optimizing their performance for complex Die & Moulds production. Implement rigorous quality control measures and conduct thorough in-process inspections to ensure all manufactured items meet stringent industrial standards and precise product specifications relevant to life science applications and other specialized sectors. Proactively identify and swiftly resolve technical challenges related to machining processes, Die & Moulds functionality, and equipment operation, minimizing downtime and supporting continuous production flow. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the production department, focusing on enhancing operational efficiency, reducing waste, and improving overall product quality in our demanding engineering sector. Ensure strict compliance with all safety regulations and best practices across all manufacturing activities within our dynamic industrial environment in Gujarat. Coordinate effectively with inventory management to ensure timely availability of raw materials and efficient dispatch of finished goods, maintaining optimal production flow. Essential Requirements: Minimum 2 years and maximum 5 years of experience required. Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a closely related technical field from a recognized institution. Demonstrable supervisory experience within a high-precision industrial manufacturing or engineering environment, ideally at a small to medium-sized enterprise like Axion Meditech. Profound technical expertise in the operation, programming, and troubleshooting of state-of-the-art CNC, VMC, HMC, and 5-Axis Machine tools, coupled with a strong understanding of their application in Die & Moulds manufacturing. Solid understanding of various manufacturing processes, materials, and robust quality control methodologies applicable to high-precision component production. Strong leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills to effectively manage a small team and interact collaboratively with cross-functional departments in our Ahmedabad location. Proven problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to production challenges, demonstrating resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
