Job Description Packing Operations 1. Assortment & Set Packing Ensure correct assortment of garments as per buyer requirements (e.g., S:M ratios such as 1:2:2). Bundle and organize SKUs accurately for retail packs, institutional orders, or e-commerce shipments. Verify assortment accuracy before final packing to avoid mismatches. 2. Carton Packing Pack garments into export/dispatch cartons strictly as per approved packing list. Maintain accurate quantity per carton, avoiding overpacking or shortages. Use appropriate separators, layering, and protective materials to prevent damage during transit. Ensure cartons are sealed, stacked, and handled as per standard guidelines. Dispatch Responsibilities 1. Order Verification Cross-check packed cartons against customer Purchase Orders (POs). Verify SKU details, quantities, sizes, and destination before dispatch. Ensure zero discrepancy between physical stock and documentation. 2. Documentation Prepare and verify dispatch-related documents including invoices, packing lists, e-way bills, and shipping labels.. Ensure all documentation is accurate and aligned with regulatory and customer requirements. 3. Carton Marking & Labeling Ensure proper labeling of cartons with shipping marks, destination details, and carton numbering. Verify barcode labels and ensure compliance with buyer-specific guidelines. Maintain consistency and accuracy in labeling to avoid logistics or delivery issues. Key Skills & Competencies Strong attention to detail and accuracy Knowledge of garment packing standards and export requirements Familiarity with dispatch documentation and compliance Good coordination and team handling skills Ability to work under deadlines and manage dispatch schedules Experience & Qualification Graduate in any discipline experience in packing and dispatch operations is preffered Department: Production, Manufacturing & Engineering Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent Role Category: Other
