Plan, direct, and coordinate all manufacturing operations of all departments( Production, Quality, Maintenance & utility, SCM, HR & Admin, FGS, Dispatch and Logistics . Closely involved in New Product Development.) to ensure total manufacturing objectives are accomplished in a timely and cost effective manner. Ensure that all schedules are in accordance with facility capabilities, customer requirements, economic performance, and planning, expediting as needed Budget and manage manufacturing cost structures by developing and maintaining operational expenses within budget allowance, and investigate cost-reduction measures. Investigate & implement innovative methods to control overall cost and enhance profitability. Apply lean manufacturing principles to design, specify, and validate world-class manufacturing processes to achieve organizational goals. Establishing & sustaining WCM (World Class Manufacturing) & Lean manufacturing concept/system. Establish and monitor overall plant performance for production, supply chain, NPD and quality standards and all other functions. Provide direction, development and leadership for staff to accomplish the company goals and objectives. Demonstrate leadership, communication proficiency, decision making, problem solving and analysis, financial management, business acumen. Manage all employees, and being responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within that plant. Perform any other duties maybe assigned by the Director as and when needed. Setup / Implement & Monitor yearly Capex as well as Revenue Budget . Designing budget with company investors & run the operation within sanctioned budget. Inventory management of RM & FG product planning & Review based on consumption pattern & sales target to maintain minimum inventory without stopping plant operation or crisis for Material based on approve expenses as per the budgets Space & spare management with in the plant– reviewing the basis of optimum utilisation to Achieve target yearly Budget value. Lead all functional departments in the implementation of all continuous improvement activities Conducting process audits; reviewing existing processes and re-designing the same for enhancing operational efficacy and achieving maximum cost savings .
