Join us in powering the next phase of growth in the renewable and power transformer sector. 🚀 About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Sales / Business Development Manager to spearhead sales of Inverter Duty Transformers (IDTs) and Solar Transformers across India and export markets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in transformer or renewable energy sales, excellent relationship management skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales goals. 🔑 Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities for IDT and Solar Transformers (domestic & international markets). Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Build strong relationships with EPCs, solar developers, utilities, OEMs, and private clients. Conduct market research to track trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements. Prepare and deliver technical & commercial presentations Coordinate with Design, Production, and Service teams to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction. Represent KRYFS at industry exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events. Maintain updated sales reports, forecasts, and MIS Data 🎓 Requirements B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering 8–12 years of experience in transformer sales Strong understanding of Inverter Duty Transformers, Distribution Transformers Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
