Conduct engineering calculations, simulations, and analyses to ensure design integrity, performance, and adherence to industry standards within manufacturing environments. Collaborate with the BM Greentech System team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, from concept to commissioning, focusing on product expertise and operational efficiency. Prepare comprehensive technical documentation (specifications, BOMs, manufacturing drawings) and participate in design reviews to optimize product designs for manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and reliability in industrial settings. Research and integrate new technologies, materials, and components to enhance HVAC, cooling, and fire safety solutions. Essential Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Minimum 2 years and maximum 5 years of experience required. Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD Mechanical) for designing complex mechanical systems for industrial HVAC, cooling, and fire safety applications. Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles, thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, and heat transfer, with practical application in industrial operations. Demonstrated product expertise in HVAC systems, industrial cooling solutions, or fire safety equipment, coupled with knowledge of relevant Indian and international standards. Ability to work effectively in a small company like BM Greentech System, demonstrating strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills for collaboration in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
