Key Responsibilities: Develop detailed engineering designs for solar power projects, focusing on optimal system performance and cost-effectiveness, aligned with B-SOLAR CONSULTANT & ENGINEER PRIVATE LIMITED's commitment to quality. Conduct site assessments and energy yield simulations to determine the feasibility and potential of solar energy projects across Gujarat, India, and beyond, contributing to our expansion strategy. Prepare technical documentation, including system layouts, single-line diagrams, and equipment specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Collaborate with the EPC & Turnkey Solutions team to integrate designs with procurement, construction, and commissioning activities, optimizing project timelines and resource allocation. Evaluate and select appropriate renewable energy technologies, such as solar panels, inverters, and mounting structures, based on performance, reliability, and cost considerations. Provide technical support to the sales and marketing team, assisting in the preparation of proposals and presentations for potential clients in the Renewable Energy sector. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in solar energy technology and industry best practices, contributing to B-SOLAR CONSULTANT & ENGINEER PRIVATE LIMITED’s position as a leader in renewable energy solutions. Essential Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on Renewable Energy. Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, and other industry-standard design software. Solid understanding of solar panel technology, inverter operation, and grid interconnection requirements. Familiarity with relevant codes and standards, such as IEC, NEC, and local regulations. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex engineering challenges. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. This is key in a 6-10 employee company. Minimum 1 year of experience required.
