We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Programmer & CNC Milling Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CNC programming, CAD design interpretation, Mastercam programming, and CNC milling operations. The candidate will be responsible for developing machining toolpaths, operating CNC machines, optimizing production processes, and supporting the manufacturing of high-quality acetate eyewear frames. Key Responsibilities Create CNC programs using Mastercam software. Develop and optimize toolpaths for acetate eyewear frame manufacturing. Read and interpret CAD drawings, technical designs, and engineering specifications. Set up and operate CNC milling machines. Select appropriate cutting tools, feeds, and machining parameters. Ensure dimensional accuracy and surface finish quality of components. Troubleshoot machining and programming issues. Collaborate with design and production teams to improve manufacturability. Maintain machine performance and follow preventive maintenance practices. Follow quality standards, safety procedures, and production targets. Required Skills & Qualifications Diploma / ITI / Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Tool Engineering, or related field. Experience in CNC Milling Machine Programming and Operations. Knowledge of CAD software and engineering drawings. Proficiency in Mastercam Programming. Understanding of CNC machining processes, tooling, and fixture concepts. Ability to create and modify machining toolpaths. Basic knowledge of G-Code and M-Code programming. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset. Preferred Experience Experience in acetate eyewear, optical products, precision plastic machining, tooling, molds, or similar manufacturing industries. Experience working with CNC routers, 3-axis or multi-axis milling machines. Knowledge of production planning and process optimization.
