Candidate User Agreement

This Candidate User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the access and use of talentwale.com (“Platform”) by individuals seeking employment, contractual work, or manpower opportunities (“Candidate”, “You”).

1. Agreement
   • By creating an account, uploading your profile, or using any services on Talentwale.com, you agree to be legally bound by this Agreement.
2. About Talentwale.com
   • talentwale.com is an AI-powered recruitment and manpower facilitation platform dedicated exclusively to the manufacturing ecosystem.
   • Talentwale acts only as an intermediary and does not guarantee employment, interviews, job offers, or contractor engagement.
3. Eligibility
   • You confirm that:
     • You are 18 years or older
     • All information provided is true, accurate, and complete
     • All information provided during registration is true, accurate, and complete.
   • Talentwale reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts with false or misleading information.
4. Candidate Responsibilities
   • You agree to:
     • Provide accurate personal, education, and experience details
     • Upload genuine documents and resumes
     • Update your profile when information changes
     • Use the platform solely for legitimate employment purposes
   • You must NOT:
     • Create multiple or fake profiles
     • Impersonate another person
     • Submit fraudulent documents
     • Use the platform for commercial or illegal purposes
5. Profile Visibility & Data Sharing Consent (DPDP Act, 2023)
   • By registering, you explicitly consent to:
     • Collection, storage, and processing of your personal data
   • Sharing of your profile with:
     • Verified employers
     • Recruitment agencies
     • Manpower / labour contractors
   • Use of your data for:
     • Job matching
     • Interview facilitation
     • Employment communication
   • You acknowledge:
     • Talentwale is the Data Fiduciary
     • Employers / agencies / contractors are Data Processors
6. Data Rights & Controls
   • You have the right to:
     • Access your personal data
     • Edit or update your profile
     • Withdraw consent (by deactivating account)
     • Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention)
   • Talentwale shall process such requests in accordance with applicable law.
7. No Employment Guarantee
   • Talentwale:
     • Does not guarantee interviews or job offers
     • Does not influence employer hiring decisions
     • Is not responsible for employment terms, salaries, PF, ESIC, or benefits
   • All employment relationships are directly between you and the employer / contractor.
8. AI-Assisted Features
   • Talentwale uses AI for:
     • Job matching
     • Resume screening
     • Interview assistance (where applicable)
   • AI tools are assistive only and do not make final hiring decisions.
9. Fees & Free Services
   • Candidate registration and profile creation are currently free
   • Any future paid services shall be optional and clearly disclosed
   • Talentwale shall never charge mandatory placement fees.
10. Account Suspension & Termination
    • Talentwale may suspend or terminate accounts if:
      • This Agreement is violated
      • Fraud or misuse is detected
      • Required by law or authorities
    • Candidates may deactivate accounts at any time.
11. Platform Availability
    • Talentwale does not guarantee:
      • Continuous or error-free access
      • Availability of specific jobs
    • Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may occur.
12. Limitation of Liability
    • Talentwale shall not be liable for:
      • Hiring outcomes
      • Employer conduct
      • Loss of employment opportunities
      • Indirect or consequential damages
13. Indemnity
    • You agree to indemnify Talentwale against:
      • Claims arising from false information
      • Violation of law or this Agreement
14. Intellectual Property
    • All platform content, branding, and AI logic belong to talentwale.com.
    • Candidates retain ownership of their personal data, subject to platform usage rights.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
    • This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of India.
    • Jurisdiction: Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
16. Amendments
    • Talentwale may update this Agreement periodically. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
