Key Responsibilities: Coordinate end-to-end supply chain activities for Jinkushal Sales Corporation, ensuring the efficient flow of Engine Parts and related engineering components within our manufacturing and distribution network in Bavla, Gujarat. Manage procurement processes, including supplier selection, negotiation, and order placement for raw materials and finished goods critical to the Engineering and Automobile industries, optimizing cost-effectiveness and delivery schedules. Oversee inventory management for a diverse range of Engine Parts, implementing strategies to minimize stockouts and overstock, and ensuring accurate stock levels reflecting demand in a dynamic industrial environment. Facilitate logistics and transportation, collaborating with carriers to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of products to clients, maintaining high service levels characteristic of the competitive Automobile industry. Monitor supply chain performance, identify potential bottlenecks, and propose continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and resilience, particularly for our specialized Engine Parts domain. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across the 21-50 employee strong team at Jinkushal Sales Corporation to meet operational goals. Essential Requirements: Minimum 3 years and maximum 12 years of experience required. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related Engineering discipline. Demonstrated understanding of industrial operations and manufacturing environments, with specific knowledge of Engine Parts and their supply chain intricacies. Proficiency in supply chain planning software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment at our Bavla, Gujarat facility. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of building effective relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal departments at Jinkushal Sales Corporation within the Engineering and Automobile sectors.
