Key Responsibilities: Oversee the efficient receipt, inspection, storage, and dispatch of raw materials, components, and finished plastic products within the Gadzets India Private Limited facility in Bakrol Bujrang, Gujarat. Accurately maintain inventory records, ensuring precise stock levels for all plastic manufacturing inputs and outputs, and conduct regular cycle counts to reconcile physical stock with system data. Ensure optimal organization of the store, utilizing proper shelving and storage techniques to prevent damage and facilitate easy retrieval, adhering strictly to FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principles. Issue materials to the production lines promptly as per requisitions, supporting the continuous operation of our plastic manufacturing processes and minimizing downtime. Implement and maintain rigorous safety standards and housekeeping practices within the store, ensuring a clean, organized, and hazard-free working environment for all Gadzets India employees. Collaborate effectively with production, purchasing, and quality control departments to streamline material flow and address any discrepancies or quality issues specific to the plastic industry products. Operate and maintain material handling equipment such as pallet jacks safely, assisting in the efficient movement of goods within the store and across the manufacturing facility. Essential Requirements: Minimum 2 years and maximum 5 years of experience required. Proven experience as a Store Keeper or similar role within an industrial or manufacturing environment, preferably in the plastics industry, managing diverse inventory for a company of 51-100 employees. Strong understanding of inventory management principles, including stock rotation (FIFO), material handling best practices, and warehouse safety protocols relevant to Bakrol Bujrang, Gujarat operations. Proficiency in using inventory management software or ERP systems (e.g., Tally, custom solutions) for accurate data entry, reporting, and comprehensive stock tracking. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving materials up to 25kg, and standing for extended periods within a dynamic manufacturing setting. Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to accuracy in record-keeping and material reconciliation for Gadzets India Private Limited. Basic computer literacy (MS Office suite) and strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with various departments and external vendors. Familiarity with quality control procedures for incoming and outgoing materials pertinent to plastic manufacturing.
