Key Responsibilities: Perform scheduled preventative maintenance and crucial corrective repairs on industrial machinery and heavy & light engineering equipment within Clean Combustion Pvt Ltd.'s manufacturing facility in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic faults across diverse production lines, ensuring minimal downtime in our fast-paced engineering environment. Execute installations, calibrations, and commissioning of new equipment, optimizing performance and adhering to stringent industrial standards. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, recommending enhancements for machinery reliability and operational efficiency relevant to our specialized combustion engineering products. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, inventory of spare parts, and generate comprehensive reports for management. Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies, fostering a secure working environment for a team of 21-50 employees. Essential Requirements: Minimum 4 years and maximum 7 years of experience required. ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering from a recognized institution. Proven technical expertise in the maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery and heavy & light engineering equipment, specifically within a manufacturing or industrial setup. Strong understanding of electrical control systems, PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley), pneumatic, and hydraulic systems relevant to high-temperature or combustion-related processes. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings with precision. Excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive approach to maintenance challenges, and the capability to work independently or as part of a smaller, dedicated team at our Ahmedabad site. Proficiency in diagnosing issues with pumps, motors, gearboxes, blowers, and burner components often found in combustion engineering applications.
