Create 3D CAD models (SolidWorks) and 2D manufacturing drawings with GD&T, ensuring precision and manufacturability for industrial applications. Perform engineering calculations, FEA, and analyses to validate designs for optimal performance and structural integrity in manufacturing environments. Collaborate effectively with PRIME ENGINEERS' production, quality, and procurement teams in Lodhika, Gujarat, for smooth design-to-production transitions. Conduct design reviews, risk assessments, and FMEA, ensuring robust product expertise and adherence to operational safety standards. Drive continuous improvement and innovation for existing product lines, enhancing the company's competitive edge in the engineering industry. Mentor junior design engineers within the compact, expert design department. Essential Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field. Proficiency in SolidWorks (3D CAD) and familiarity with PDM/CAE tools for industrial product design and simulation. Strong foundational knowledge of mechanical design principles, materials science, and manufacturing processes (e.g., machining, welding, fabrication) relevant to industrial operations. Demonstrated ability to apply engineering standards and best practices within a manufacturing environment, showcasing strong product expertise. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for effective collaboration within PRIME ENGINEERS' dynamic team structure. Familiarity with industrial safety standards and quality control procedures in engineering design and manufacturing, particularly in the Lodhika, Gujarat context.
