Conduct feasibility studies and prototype testing in a manufacturing environment to validate design concepts. Lead design review meetings, providing technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers within the design department. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in valve and hose technologies to incorporate best practices into design processes at Parth Valves and Hoses LLP. Essential Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, with a solid understanding of fluid mechanics and materials science. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address design challenges effectively in an industrial context. Proficient in using CAD tools such as SolidWorks or AutoCAD for product design and modifications. Excellent communication skills to liaise with clients and stakeholders about design specifications and project progress. Minimum 5 years and maximum 7 years of experience required. Experience in managing projects from conception to production, demonstrating leadership in a team-oriented environment.
