Key Responsibilities: Manage daily accounting operations, ensuring compliance with Indian accounting standards relevant to CANDID COMPONENTS LLP's engineering manufacturing. Prepare financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for Kadi-based operations. Oversee direct and indirect taxation (GST, TDS, Income Tax) for machine parts manufacturing. Handle accounts payable and receivable, crucial for the manufacturing environment. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for CANDID COMPONENTS LLP's operational efficiency. Maintain inventory records for raw materials and finished machine parts, collaborating with production. Support internal and external audits, preparing documentation for industrial operations. Analyze cost data for engineering components, providing insights into manufacturing efficiency and profitability. Essential Requirements: Minimum 2 years and maximum 3 years of experience required. Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Accounting; CA/CMA Inter qualification preferred. Proven experience as an Accountant in manufacturing or engineering, understanding industrial accounting for machine parts. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally Prime) and advanced MS Excel for financial analysis. In-depth knowledge of Indian taxation laws (GST, Income Tax, TDS) for a Gujarat-based manufacturing enterprise. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach in a component-manufacturing environment. Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating across CANDID COMPONENTS LLP's Kadi operations. Understanding of cost accounting principles for inventory valuation and production processes of engineering components.
