Ltd. is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented **Sales Coordinator / Sales Support Executive to support our Sales & Marketing team in enquiry handling, customer coordination, sales records, MIS reporting, and follow-up activities. This role is suitable for candidates who are good at communication, coordination, data accuracy, and regular follow-up in a B2B / manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities: * Handle sales enquiries received through calls, emails, and WhatsApp * Record and update enquiries accurately in Datadoc / CRM / ERP * Maintain customer master data and sales follow-up records * Coordinate with Sales, Service, Accounts, Dispatch, and internal teams * Prepare and maintain Sales MIS reports * Support customer communication and enquiry acknowledgement * Track order status, dispatch updates, and pending customer responses * Support primary payment follow-up as guided by Sales and Accounts * Maintain proper documentation, records, and reporting discipline Candidate Profile: * 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, back-office sales, customer support, or sales operations * Experience in B2B / manufacturing company preferred * Good communication skills in English * Good knowledge of MS Excel, email drafting, and data entry * Knowledge of ERP / CRM / Datadoc preferred * Strong coordination, follow-up, and multitasking ability * Detail-oriented, punctual, responsible, and disciplined Interested candidates can share at recruit.mktg@pressurejet.com HR Contact: Jaya Prajapat Contact: 6352924655
