Location: Ahmedabad (Work From Home available) Company: Kanubhai & Sons / Jivan Nagji & Sons Job Description: We are hiring a motivated Sales & Customer Relations Executive to handle customer inquiries, generate new leads, and support sales across multiple sectors. You will communicate with clients, understand their requirements, and help them choose the right weighing scale solutions. Key Responsibilities: Handle inquiries from IndiaMART, WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, and other lead platforms. Generate new leads using certified paid software (access provided by company). Manage customer communication professionally and maintain strong follow-ups. Serve customers from various sectors: Industrial & metal units Malls & retail shops Fruit & vegetable vendors Farmers Jewellery showrooms & manufacturers Pharma companies Laboratories Share product details, pricing, and basic technical info, (and then lead is transferred to a dedicated technical person). Maintain customer data and daily work reports. Coordinate with internal team regarding orders and service. Requirements: Good communication skills in Gujarati/Hindi (English is a plus). Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, calling, and online lead platforms. Strong follow-up skills and a professional attitude. Must be responsible, disciplined, and willing to learn. Experience in sales or customer handling is preferred.
