Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine and preventive maintenance on industrial Reverse Osmosis (RO) plants and water treatment systems crucial for Vaariya Beverages' production in Ahmedabad. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, and instrumentation faults in RO systems, ensuring minimal downtime in our critical manufacturing environment. Monitor water quality parameters (TDS, pH, conductivity) and optimize RO plant operations to consistently meet stringent quality standards for beverage production. Manage inventory of RO spare parts (membranes, pumps, filters) and coordinate procurement to maintain operational readiness for our 6-10 employee team. Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities and system performance data, leveraging insights from general technical domains for continuous improvement. Adhere strictly to safety protocols and hygiene standards (e.g., GMP) within the beverage manufacturing environment to ensure product integrity and a safe workplace. Essential Requirements: Minimum 1 years and maximum 10 years of experience required. ITI or Diploma in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Water Treatment, with proven experience in industrial RO systems and water purification processes. Demonstrated proficiency in diagnosing and repairing RO plant components (pumps, motors, control panels, membranes), applicable across diverse "Other" industrial settings. Solid understanding of water chemistry, filtration principles, and industrial water treatment technologies vital for maintaining beverage quality. Ability to interpret technical manuals, electrical schematics, and P&ID drawings for effective troubleshooting and modifications in a dynamic small company environment. Strong problem-solving skills, a proactive approach to maintenance, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively within our dedicated team.
