Perform assembly, testing, and quality control checks for a diverse range of electrical components and finished goods, such as Transformers & Power Distribution units, Electrical Panels & Switchgears, and Renewable & Power Transmission Equipment, ensuring adherence to Ferromag's stringent quality standards. Execute routine and preventative maintenance on critical production equipment, including Turbines, Generators, Pumps, Motors, Valves, and Filters & Filtration Systems, to ensure continuous and efficient manufacturing operations within our 21-50 employee strong Electricals industry company. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues in the production line, applying strong problem-solving skills in an industrial manufacturing environment focused on delivering high-quality electrical engineering solutions from our Paldi Kankaj, Gujarat base. Collaborate effectively with the production team at Ferromag Technologies, strictly adhering to all safety protocols and contributing actively to a productive, quality-driven manufacturing culture. Essential Requirements: Minimum 0 years and maximum 25 years of experience required. ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical discipline, providing foundational knowledge applicable to the Electricals and Engineering industries. Proven practical experience in a production or manufacturing environment, ideally within the Heavy & Light Engineering or Electricals sector, with familiarity in industrial operations at a company like Ferromag Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Demonstrated technical proficiency in the repair, maintenance, and assembly of complex electrical and mechanical systems, including Transformers, Generators, Motors, and associated power distribution equipment. Oversee the assembly, testing, and quality control processes for Transformers & Power Distribution units and Electric Motors & Drives, ensuring adherence to specifications and industry best practices. Implement and monitor production schedules, optimizing resource utilization for the manufacturing of Cables & Wiring Systems and Automation & Control Components. Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and quality management systems across all stages of production, especially for Voltage Equipment and Renewable & Green Electricals. Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and technical issues related to Power Monitoring & Control systems and Other Electric Items, driving continuous operational improvements. Essential Requirements: Minimum 2 years and maximum 6 years of experience required. Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or a similar leadership role within the Electricals manufacturing industry, ideally in an industrial operations setting in India.
