The candidate will work closely with customers to understand machining challenges and provide effective technical solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with manufacturing and machining industry customers. Promote CNC cutting tools, tooling accessories, industrial lubricants, and workholding products. Visit customer plants for technical discussions and application support. Understand customer machining requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions. Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets. Prepare quotations, follow up on inquiries, and close orders. Coordinate with OEMs, suppliers, and internal teams for technical support. Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction. Stay updated with industry trends, machining technologies, and competitor activities. Required Skills Good communication and negotiation skills. Basic knowledge of CNC machining, tooling, and manufacturing processes. Ability to understand technical drawings and machining applications. Strong customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
