Key Responsibilities Monitor and coordinate daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Track daily production data, output, and material movement records. Coordinate with shop-floor operators and workers to maintain production targets and quality standards. Check production activities and maintain accurate production and quality records. Assist in monitoring product quality and ensure that manufacturing processes follow company standards. Coordinate dispatch activities and ensure correct and timely movement of finished materials. Verify material quantity, packing, and basic dispatch documentation before dispatch. Identify production, quality, or material-related issues and report them to the senior/production team. Coordinate with the maintenance team regarding machine or equipment issues to minimize production downtime. Maintain proper documentation, reports, and records using MS Excel and other basic computer applications. Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to safety rules on the shop floor. Support the production team in improving workflow, reducing wastage, and achieving daily production targets. Essential Requirements Experience: 0–1 year of experience. Freshers are welcome to apply. Education: ITI or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering preferred. Basic understanding of manufacturing and production processes. Basic knowledge of quality inspection and production documentation. Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations. Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills. Ability to work with shop-floor operators and coordinate production activities. Willingness to learn and develop practical knowledge of manufacturing operations. Good attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. Proactive attitude with the ability to identify and report production-related issues. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
