Plan daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules Ensure optimal use of manpower, machines, and materials. Ensure discipline and teamwork on the shop floor Ensure to maintain the ESD environment at production line Coordinate with other departments (procurement, quality, maintenance) to run production lines. Monitor production targets and adjust plans when needed Analyze production processes to improve efficiency. Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement (Kaizen).
