Key Responsibilities: • Lead and oversee daily plant operations across production, maintenance, quality, and logistics functions. • Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely availability of raw materials. • Plan, execute, and monitor daily and weekly production schedules to meet operational targets. • Ensure adherence to product quality standards at every stage of production. • Supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance to minimize equipment downtime. • Ensure regular maintenance and calibration of all machinery and equipment. • Manage inventory levels for raw materials (RM) and finished goods (FG). • Oversee dispatch activities and ensure timely delivery of finished goods. • Supervise logistics operations, including loading and unloading activities. • Drive optimal utilization of manpower and machinery for improved efficiency Qualifications: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Good understanding of safety standards, regulatory compliance, and statutory requirements. • Proven experience in managing operations involving multiple products and SKUs. • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
