Job Description – Medical Representative We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Medical Representative to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory. Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell company products to doctors, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals. Conduct regular visits to clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies. Build and maintain long-term relationships with medical practitioners. Implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Provide accurate product information, samples, and promotional materials. Organize CME programs, meetings, and product presentations. Monitor competitor activities and market trends. Maintain daily reports, call logs, and territory records. Requirements: Graduate in Science/Pharmacy (preferred) or any discipline. 0–3 years of experience in pharma sales (freshers can apply). Good communication and negotiation skills. Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities. Willingness to travel and work in the field. Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
