Coordinate with HR regarding hiring of new competent team in production department Coordinate with HR for any training required for existing staff and reviewing this training effectiveness on time Conduction performance reviews of production team on time and update them to management and HR Implementing and enforcing safety protocols to maintain safe working environment and prevent accidents in working zones. Optimizing the use of raw materials, equipment and labour to minimize costs and maximize productivity outputs Scheduling and overseeing routine maintenance of production equipment to minimize downtime. Managing raw materials and finished goods inventory to ensure availability and minimize waste. Maintaining accurate production records, submitting required reports and communicating with other departments. Identifying and implementing initiatives to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and enhance quality. Keep control in scrap generation, maintain proper and accurate records related with scarp. Oversee the effective and timely changeover of production lines.
