Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily accounting operations at Time Electrodes, a growing engineering firm in Nikol, Ahmedabad, ensuring accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts related to our industrial supplies and manufacturing environment. Perform comprehensive reconciliations of bank statements, vendor accounts, and various general ledger accounts, critical for maintaining financial integrity for our 51-100 employee company. Assist with the timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, providing insights into the performance of our specialized electrode product lines. Maintain precise financial records for inventory, production costs, and fixed assets, directly supporting our efficient manufacturing processes in Gujarat. Ensure rigorous compliance with GST regulations and other statutory requirements pertinent to an industrial enterprise in India. Support senior accountants in financial data analysis, contributing to cost control initiatives and operational efficiency improvements across Time Electrodes. Manage petty cash and employee expense reimbursements in accordance with company policies. Essential Requirements: Minimum 1 years and maximum 2 years of experience required. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or equivalent, with a solid academic background in Finance & Accounts. Proven proficiency in accounting software like Tally ERP 9, vital for managing complex financial data within our manufacturing operations. Demonstrated understanding of Indian accounting standards (IND AS) and tax regulations, including GST, relevant to an industrial engineering company in Gujarat. Strong analytical capabilities and meticulous attention to detail, essential for accurate financial reporting for our specialized electrode products. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fostering effective interaction with colleagues and external partners across our Nikol, Ahmedabad facility. Ability to thrive both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic finance team, supporting a company of 51-100 employees.
