Logistical Management Plan and coordinate dispatch of store materials to various project sites Liaise with transporters and ensure timely and cost-effective delivery Track shipments and resolve any logistical issues or delays Maintain logistics records, dispatch reports, and delivery confirmations 3. Labor Management & Work Allocation Source and manage labor requirements as per production and site needs Allocate work efficiently to ensure optimal productivity Coordinate with contractors and workforce teams 4. PAN India Site Coordination Coordinate with on-site teams across India for material requirements Ensure timely availability of materials at all project locations Maintain regular communication with site engineers and project managers Resolve site-related issues related to supply, logistics
