Key Responsibilities: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for positions at Navjivan Roller Flour & Pulse Mills Pvt. Ltd. in Dahod, Gujarat, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring alignment with the company's growth strategy in the food industry. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures tailored to the unique demands of a manufacturing environment like that of Navjivan Roller Flour & Pulse Mills, considering employee safety, fair treatment, and compliance. Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances and conflicts effectively to maintain a positive and productive work environment across Navjivan Roller Flour & Pulse Mills' large workforce of 100-500 employees. Manage performance appraisal processes, providing guidance to managers and employees to foster continuous improvement and align individual goals with the company’s objectives for producing high-quality Flour & Pulses. Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness within the industry and compliance with legal requirements, while considering the financial health of Navjivan Roller Flour & Pulse Mills. Lead HR initiatives focused on employee training and development, particularly those related to food safety, quality control, and operational efficiency at our Dahod facility. Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations specific to the food sector in India, mitigating risks for Navjivan Roller Flour & Pulse Mills. Work closely with department heads to understand their HR needs and provide strategic HR support that enhances their operational effectiveness in the food business. Essential Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives, particularly within a food or other manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and regulations, particularly those affecting manufacturing operations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with talent management, including performance management, succession planning, and employee development. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Minimum 5 years of experience required. Deep understanding of the Flour & Pulses industry and the specific HR challenges associated with it.
