Key Responsibilities: Assist Anjaneya Enterprises' skilled production staff in various manufacturing processes within our Rajkot facility, supporting the production of engineering components. Safely handle, load, and unload raw materials and finished goods, ensuring proper organization and movement across the production floor. Operate basic production machinery and hand tools under supervision, contributing to fabrication and assembly tasks. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, strictly adhering to Anjaneya Enterprises' health and safety regulations and 5S principles. Support quality control by performing initial visual inspections of manufactured items to meet Anjaneya Enterprises' product standards. Assist in the packaging and preparation of finished engineering products for dispatch, ensuring secure handling and correct labeling. Follow all instructions from supervisors, proactively learning about Anjaneya Enterprises' production methodologies in our dynamic manufacturing environment. Contribute to team efforts, working collaboratively within our 51-100 employee team in Rajkot, Gujarat, to achieve production goals. Essential Requirements: Robust physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods, essential for Anjaneya Enterprises' industrial setting. Demonstrated ability to understand and strictly follow verbal and written instructions for safety and efficiency in our Rajkot manufacturing operations. Basic understanding of common hand tools and general workshop practices relevant to the engineering industry.
