Participate actively in project lifecycle stages, including technical specification review, detailed design, and factory acceptance testing within manufacturing environments, primarily serving clients in Vadodara, Gujarat, and across India. Support the installation, commissioning, and routine maintenance of industrial control systems and machinery, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to safety protocols for Vermin Industries' specialized products. Contribute to the creation and upkeep of comprehensive technical documentation, including CAD schematics, bill of materials, and operational manuals, fostering deep product expertise relevant to our Engineering sector. Collaborate closely within our small (6-10 employees), agile team to troubleshoot technical challenges, optimize system performance, and enhance process efficiency in various engineering projects, reflecting Vermin Industries' ethos of innovation. Engage in continuous learning and professional development initiatives to master new technologies relevant to the Engineering industry, with an emphasis on advanced automation techniques and product expertise. Essential Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation & Control, or Mechatronics from a reputable institution, demonstrating a strong academic foundation suitable for a GET role at Vermin Industries Private Limited. Minimum 0 years and maximum 5 years of experience required. Solid theoretical understanding and practical exposure (through projects/internships) to Automation & Robotics principles, PLC programming, and the design/functionality of Electrical Panels & Switchgears.
