Key Responsibilities: Perform routine and emergency maintenance, installation, assembly of letters and led sign board and repair of mechanical and electrical systems and industrial machinery vital to Parth Enterprise's operations in Vadodara, Gujarat. Execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and ensure continuous productivity within our manufacturing environment, applying expertise across "Other" industrial domains. Diagnose and rectify complex mechanical and electrical faults efficiently, interpreting technical drawings and schematics. Strictly adhere to all safety protocols, including LOTO procedures, fostering a secure environment for our small team (11-20 employees). Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and collaborate with production personnel to streamline industrial operations. Contribute to process improvements, leveraging diverse technical experience from "Other" industries to enhance machinery reliability at Parth Enterprise. Essential Requirements: Minimum 1 years and maximum 2 years of experience required. ITI certificate or Diploma in Fitter, Electrician, or a related industrial trade. Proven hands-on experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial machinery, motors, pumps, and electrical control panels in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems (e.g., 3-phase power, motor controls) and mechanical principles relevant to "Other" industrial domains. Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices for industrial operations in Vadodara, Gujarat, ensuring compliance within Parth Enterprise. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a small, dedicated maintenance team (11-20 employees). Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to rectifying mechanical and electrical issues.
