Key Responsibilities: Perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance on Accutech Packaging Pvt. Ltd.'s diverse range of manufacturing machinery, with a strong focus on Extrusion Machinery and Flexible Packaging production lines at our Vaghodia INA, Gujarat facility. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical issues efficiently in a dynamic manufacturing environment, ensuring minimal downtime for critical equipment producing packaging products used across Food Processing, Pharmaceutical, and Plastic industries. Implement robust maintenance strategies to optimize the performance and longevity of machinery involved in producing Packaging Paper & Boards and Other Packaging Products, contributing to overall operational efficiency within our 51-100 employee company. Collaborate closely with production teams to identify and resolve recurring mechanical failures, applying sound Engineering principles to uphold high standards of product quality and safety in industrial operations. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, parts inventory, and equipment histories, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and compliance with industry regulations relevant to Packaging and broader industrial applications. Participate in the installation, commissioning, and upgrade of new machinery, leveraging technical expertise that may extend to systems with mechanical commonalities found in Textile, Metal, Paper, or Leather Processing equipment. Essential Requirements: Minimum 3 years and maximum 8 years of experience required. Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution. Proven hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance within a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment, ideally in Packaging, Food Processing, or Pharmaceutical sectors. Demonstrated technical expertise in the maintenance and repair of Extrusion Machinery, Flexible Packaging equipment, and general industrial paper products machinery. Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and associated control systems, with the ability to interpret engineering drawings and schematics. Capability to work independently and as part of a team at our Accutech Packaging plant, possessing excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to maintenance challenges relevant to a mid-sized company.
