Key Responsibilities: Manage the main reception for Bhoomi Agro Hitech PVt LTd in Khirasara, Rajkot, Gujarat, creating a professional and welcoming environment for visitors and callers in our manufacturing facility. Efficiently handle all incoming/outgoing calls and correspondence, directing inquiries related to our agricultural machinery products, engineering, and manufacturing operations. Greet and assist diverse visitors, including clients, suppliers, and technical staff, ensuring adherence to security protocols within our industrial environment. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Admin department, assisting with scheduling, correspondence, and office supplies for our 251-500 employee company. Coordinate courier services and mail distribution, processing documents crucial for manufacturing and product operations. Maintain the reception area's organization and cleanliness, upholding the high standards of an engineering-focused agricultural machinery manufacturer. Essential Requirements: Minimum 1 years and maximum 3 years of experience required in a front-office or administrative role, preferably within an industrial, manufacturing, or engineering environment. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English & Gujarati) for effective stakeholder interaction across Bhoomi Agro Hitech PVt LTd. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and relevant administrative tools for efficient front desk management. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced agricultural machinery company. Professional, proactive demeanor, positively representing Bhoomi Agro Hitech PVt LTd to external partners in Khirasara. Willingness to quickly grasp technical aspects of agricultural machinery and general engineering industries. Reliable commute to our Khirasara, Rajkot, Gujarat facility.

Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering. 2–5 years of experience in quality engineering within the agricultural equipment, heavy engineering, fabrication, or automotive manufacturing industry. Knowledge of fabrication, welding, laser cutting, powder coating, and assembly processes. Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T. Hands-on experience with quality inspection tools and measuring instruments. Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality systems is preferred. Monitor quality throughout fabrication, laser cutting, welding, powder coating, machining, and assembly operations. Inspect dimensions using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other inspection tools. Prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection records, and NCR documentation. Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Coordinate with Production, Design, Purchase, and Stores to resolve quality issues. Ensure adherence to quality standards, SOPs, and inspection plans. Support supplier quality improvement and vendor inspections. Reduce rejection, rework, and customer complaints through continuous improvement initiatives. Participate in process audits and quality system implementation.
