Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all maintenance operations at KAKA Industries Limited's Ahmedabad manufacturing plant, ensuring optimal equipment performance and minimal downtime. Develop and implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance program for all production machinery, including injection molding machines, extrusion lines, and auxiliary equipment used in polymer processing. Lead a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure adherence to safety protocols and efficient completion of tasks. Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues on industrial equipment, implementing effective solutions to restore functionality. Manage the maintenance budget, tracking expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring compliance with financial guidelines. Coordinate with production and engineering teams to schedule maintenance activities and minimize disruption to manufacturing operations at KAKA Industries Limited. Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and environmental standards, promoting a safe working environment for the maintenance team and all KAKA Industries Limited employees. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment repairs, and inventory of spare parts, utilizing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software. Essential Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 7 years of experience in industrial maintenance management, preferably within the plastic or polymer manufacturing industry. Proven experience in leading and managing a team of maintenance technicians in a fast-paced manufacturing environment such as KAKA Industries Limited. Strong knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and mechanical systems used in industrial equipment, including injection molding machines and extrusion lines. Experience with preventative maintenance programs, predictive maintenance techniques, and CMMS software. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues efficiently. Familiarity with safety regulations and environmental standards relevant to industrial operations in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
