Key Responsibilities: Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities and clients within the industrial packaging sector, focusing on expanding Sanghvi's Futuristic Insupack Pvt Ltd's market presence across Gujarat and neighboring regions. Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key manufacturing clients, understanding their unique needs for various packaging solutions including Flexible Packaging, Rigid Plastic Packaging, and Paper & Paperboard Packaging. Develop a comprehensive understanding of Sanghvi's diverse product portfolio, including Biodegradable & Compostable Packaging, Industrial & Bulk Packaging, and Protective & Cushioning Packaging, to effectively present tailored solutions to prospects. Formulate and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for our Ahmedabad-based manufacturing unit, emphasizing growth in the Plastic and general Packaging industries. Conduct market research and competitive analysis, providing insights on industry trends and customer feedback to inform product development and sales strategies within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations, ensuring profitable growth and customer satisfaction in a B2B industrial setting. Essential Requirements: Minimum 1 years and maximum 2 years of experience required. Proven track record in business development or sales, specifically within the Plastic, Packaging, or a closely related industrial manufacturing sector. Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate the value of diverse packaging solutions, including but not limited to Flexible Packaging, Rigid Plastic Packaging, Paper & Paperboard Packaging, and Biodegradable & Compostable Packaging. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, crucial for building rapport and closing deals with industrial clients. Strong aptitude for understanding manufacturing operations and the supply chain dynamics inherent in the packaging industry. Ability to work autonomously and contribute effectively within a small, agile team (21-50 employees) like Sanghvi's Futuristic Insupack Pvt Ltd, showing initiative and a results-driven mindset. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant technical field; a background in engineering or materials science pertaining to packaging would be advantageous.
