Seed quality control and support R&T of Seed enhancement. Conduct quality control including germination test with good planning and making report proper for customer. Implement the new climate control green house and manage its operation with good plant growth management. Maintain the Government compliances related to seeds and business; Support the design an experiment as per the requirement, carry out experiments, experiment data compilation, conclusion, customer visits, training to be provided to sales / marketing colleagues, customers on new development / new product etc. Writing reports after project completion, monthly reports, visit reports etc. & circulation to relevant colleagues within the group. Post customer interaction conclude development project and work on the project after talking to line Manager and sales team. Maintain safety standard at the lab as per Croda standard. Coordinate with engineering/ purchase / plant for day-to-day support and maintenance activities for the laboratory. Extended activities for biological lab management
